Licensed EAP Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Dedicated Management Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide management consultation to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
• Coordinate and deliver virtual critical incident response requests
• Complete management referral intakes and ensure appropriate follow-up and documentation

Required Qualifications

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience (independent licensure required)
• Experience delivering and coordinating critical incident response
• Supervisory experience or experience working with management and HR professionals preferred
• Familiarity with employee assistance/human services program terminology and concepts
• Experience working with diverse populations (bilingual preferred)
