Licensed EAP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed EAP Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls for EAP and Behavioral health inquiries
• Conduct assessments and triage, providing short-term problem resolution, authorizations, and referrals for routine and crisis callers
• Update and enter clinical notes in the care management database

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Current, unrestricted, independent behavioral health license in the state of residence
• 3+ years of clinical experience post-Master's degree
• 2+ years of experience with Windows PC applications
• Access to high-speed internet at home via cable broadband, DSL, or fiber
