Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed EAP Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for EAP and Behavioral health
• Conduct assessment and triage, providing short-term problem resolution and referrals for callers
• Determine member eligibility and benefit coverage while updating clinical notes in the care management database

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Current, unrestricted, independent behavioral health license in the state of residence
• 3+ years of clinical experience post-Master's
• 2+ years of experience with Windows PC applications and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Access to high-speed internet at home via cable broadband, DSL, or fiber
