Job Summary
Providing telephonic assessments and solution-focused consultations, the full-time Licensed EAP Specialist - MN will engage with clients regarding their behavioral health benefits while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Take inbound calls in a call center environment, responding to crisis situations and triaging appropriately
- Initiate counseling referrals and provide authorizations for outpatient care while documenting clinical notes
- Conduct thorough assessments of risk and develop individualized action plans using solution-focused consultation techniques
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Active, unrestricted independent behavioral health license in the state of residence
- 2+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting
- Dedicated workspace and secure high-speed internet at home
- Availability to work specified hours through the end of 2026 and beyond
