Licensed EAP Triage Counselor

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Licensed EAP Triage Counselor will provide telephonic intake, assessment, crisis intervention, and short-term counseling while maintaining strong client relations with employees and employers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform clinical work including intake, assessment, crisis management, and resource referrals
• Provide management consultations and respond to workplace trauma and crises
• Enter relevant client data into the EAP Expert database following service interactions

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology required
• Currently Licensed or License eligible in a Mental Health profession
• Previous EAP experience and/or Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) preferred
