Licensed Eating Disorder Navigator

Job Summary

Providing assessment, care coordination, and clinical support for members navigating eating disorder care, the full-time remote Licensed Eating Disorder Navigator will conduct telephonic screenings, apply motivational interviewing techniques, and facilitate referrals within the Spring Health network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic screenings and refer members to appropriate eating disorder treatment
• Apply active listening and motivational interviewing to support member goals
• Coordinate care plans and maintain accurate documentation within internal systems and EHR

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) required
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm PDT or MDT
• 2+ years of clinical experience working with eating disorders
• Proficiency with motivational interviewing and diagnostic assessment
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for eating disorders (CBT-E, Family-Based Treatment)
