Licensed Eating Disorders Director

Job Summary

To lead the Eating Disorder specialty, the full-time Licensed Eating Disorders Director will provide strategic direction, clinical oversight, and operational partnership to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care while collaborating on program development and staff support in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical owner for the Eating Disorder service line, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care across all locations
• Develop and implement clinical models, workflows, and training curricula to enhance program quality and staff competency
• Execute the strategic vision for service line growth by evaluating market trends and partnering with various departments for program sustainability

Required qualifications

• Licensed Doctorate Level Psychologist or Master's Level Clinician
• Minimum 7 years of clinical behavioral health experience with children, adolescents, or adults
• Minimum 5 years of clinical supervisory or leadership experience in mental health settings
• Expertise in Eating Disorder treatment using evidence-based models such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
• Experience in program development and staff training, including public speaking
