Job Summary
To lead the Eating Disorder specialty, the full-time Licensed Eating Disorders Director will provide strategic direction, clinical oversight, and operational partnership to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care while collaborating on program development and staff support in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the clinical owner for the Eating Disorder service line, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care across all locations
- Develop and implement clinical models, workflows, and training curricula to enhance program quality and staff competency
- Execute the strategic vision for service line growth by evaluating market trends and partnering with various departments for program sustainability
Required qualifications
- Licensed Doctorate Level Psychologist or Master's Level Clinician
- Minimum 7 years of clinical behavioral health experience with children, adolescents, or adults
- Minimum 5 years of clinical supervisory or leadership experience in mental health settings
- Expertise in Eating Disorder treatment using evidence-based models such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
- Experience in program development and staff training, including public speaking
