Licensed Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

To support the design and development of complex data center power systems, a remote contract Licensed Electrical Engineer will provide electrical engineering design support, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality electrical design packages for large-scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide electrical engineering design support and conduct quality reviews for engineering design packages
• Support various phases of the design process, including conceptual design and construction documentation
• Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to ensure design coordination and successful construction activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical engineering design, including medium and low voltage distribution systems
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in any U.S. state
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center facility design
• Working knowledge of Revit and/or BIM software
