Licensed Electrical Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Water Solutions Team, the full-time Licensed Electrical Engineer will provide electrical design services for water and wastewater treatment facilities, perform field data collection, and prepare project specifications while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide electrical, communications, fire alarm, and process control design services for water and wastewater facilities
- Prepare plans, specifications, and cost opinions for design projects, including conducting electrical studies
- Perform field data collection and electrical system computer modeling for various studies
Required qualifications
- B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering required
- 5-10 years of experience in power distribution design
- PE license required
- Preferred skills in AutoCAD, with Civil 3D and AutoCAD MEP or REVIT capabilities being a plus
- Experience with medium voltage electrical distribution and relevant computer modeling studies
