Key Responsibilities
  • Review and design a full suite of Employee Benefits products
  • Guide new clients through the implementation process and manage client relationships
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the Employee Benefits department
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Licensed Life & Health Producer - preferred
  • 5+ years in Employee Benefits Brokerage
  • Experience with Self-Insured Benefits Programs preferred
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
