Job Summary
Managing a mid-market book of business, the full-time Licensed Employee Benefits Executive will serve as the primary contact for clients, oversee a service team, and drive new business opportunities in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manages client relationships and required services with minimal input from Producers
- Acts as the lead representative for an assigned book of business, including preparing renewal analyses and responding to client inquiries
- Identifies new business leads and cross-sell opportunities while managing third-party vendor relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Eight (8) or more years of related work experience
- Valid Insurance License with ongoing Continuing Education requirements
