Job Summary
Leading the strategy and growth of the Public & Labor Practice, the full-time Licensed Employee Benefits Leader will drive sales, develop targeted marketing strategies, and serve as a subject matter expert while collaborating with producers and service teams, with opportunities for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategy, growth, and development of the Public & Labor Practice, including building carrier partnerships
- Drive sales and develop industry-specific resources and marketing strategies for prospects
- Educate producers on the public and labor value proposition and provide thought leadership for service teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with public or labor clients
- Attains and maintains Life and Health licensure
- 4-year degree in business or related discipline preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Advanced skills with MS Office Suite
