Job Summary
Seeking a remote Junior Employment Investigations Attorney, this full-time position will manage workplace investigations, provide legal guidance on employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws while collaborating with clients across various industries.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage workplace investigations involving employee relations concerns and misconduct allegations
- Independently lead investigations from intake through resolution, including interviews and report preparation
- Provide legal guidance on employment law and collaborate with client stakeholders to address workplace concerns
Required qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in employment law, workplace investigations, or employee relations
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and investigation practices
- Experience conducting workplace investigations, including fraud and harassment matters
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy-related compliance requirements
