Job Summary

To provide strategic labor relations advice and manage grievance arbitrations, the fully remote Licensed Employment Law Attorney will focus on federal sector labor relations, including interpreting collective bargaining agreements and representing agencies in arbitration proceedings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage grievance arbitrations, including case strategy development and evidentiary presentation
• Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements and related labor-management agreements
• Provide strategic labor relations advice to agency leadership and labor relations professionals

Required qualifications

• Licensed Employment Law Attorney in good standing
• Expertise in federal sector labor relations and the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute
• Extensive litigation experience in labor relations arbitrations
• Ability to present cases effectively before third-party adjudicatory forums
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills, including drafting arbitration briefs and legal memoranda
