Licensed Engineering Leader

Job Summary

Leading the technical strategy for a growing portfolio of natural gas power generation projects, the full-time remote Licensed Engineering Leader will build and scale a multidisciplinary engineering organization while ensuring project delivery, safety, and compliance across development, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute engineering strategy and governance frameworks for power generation projects
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams across multiple disciplines
• Oversee engineering execution and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience in the power generation industry
• Significant experience with reciprocating engine and/or gas turbine power plant projects
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent accreditation preferred
• Strong familiarity with industry codes and standards, including NFPA, IEEE, ASME, and API
