A company is looking for an Engineering Supervisor focused on Grid Modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead engineering activities during proposal and design stages of projects
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for team performance and professional development
• Participate in business development efforts to promote revenue growth and maintain client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience in the Engineering field
• Experience with utility distribution planning and renewable developers
• Professional Engineer licensure preferred
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the US
