Licensed Enrollment Delivery Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enrollment Delivery to lead licensed Benefit Technology solutions for Group Insurance and Association businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee licensed solutions partners and lead growth strategy
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with auditing requirements
• Collaborate with Distribution teams to communicate strategies and support client meetings

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in group insurance
• Hands-on experience with HR/Benefits technology solutions
• Strong understanding of data exchange protocols (API, SSO, EDI)
• Experience in managing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; technical degrees preferred
