A company is looking for an Environmental Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicate complex environmental claims and report on trends and developments
• Investigate claims thoroughly, analyze relevant documents, and manage claims in litigation
• Negotiate settlements and prepare documentation for claims management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in environmental claims adjudication
• Minimum of two years' experience in commercial environmental claims
• Strong business acumen and understanding of insurance operations
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in claims management
• Licensed Claims Examiner or ability to obtain a license within 120 days
