Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERISA Attorney to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of retirement plan documents and participant communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review retirement plan documents and ensure compliance with ERISA and IRS requirements
• Support Senior Consultants and Plan Administrators by interpreting plan documents and providing actionable insights
• Draft and review participant-facing materials to ensure clarity and compliance with ERISA disclosure requirements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in retirement plan administration, consulting, or a related field
• Deep experience drafting and reviewing retirement plan documents
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and related regulations
• Proven research skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
