Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level.

Key Responsibilities:

Defend complicated benefits litigation matters including class actions and single-plaintiff lawsuits in both ERISA and non-ERISA contexts
Handle briefing of legal issues, depositions, motions, mediation, trial, and appeals
Provide advice and counsel for sophisticated clients

Required Qualifications:

Annual all attorney retreat
Active license to practice law in good standing
3+ years of litigation experience
Strong analytical and writing skills
Ability to work remotely with a high level of self-motivation and accountability
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
