Licensed ERISA Litigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defend complicated benefits litigation matters including class actions and single-plaintiff lawsuits in both ERISA and non-ERISA contexts
• Handle briefing of legal issues, depositions, motions, mediation, trial, and appeals
• Provide advice and counsel for sophisticated clients

Required Qualifications:

• Annual all attorney retreat
• Active license to practice law in good standing
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Ability to work remotely with a high level of self-motivation and accountability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
