Job Summary

Managing the entire real estate closing process, the full-time Licensed Escrow Closer will provide escrow services for residential and commercial transactions while ensuring compliance and delivering high-level customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the real estate closing process, ensuring compliance with contracts, lender instructions, and title requirements
• Communicate complex information effectively to internal and external customers throughout the closing process
• Act as a resource for less experienced team members while working under limited supervision to improve efficiency

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
