Job Summary
To support a growing real estate firm, the remote Licensed Escrow Officer will manage, review, and close real estate transactions while ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the process.
Key responsibilities:
- Process and prepare real estate transactions, including closing statements
- Respond to inquiries from borrowers, lenders, and investors, and coordinate closing schedules
- Manage escrow transactions from opening through funding, recording, and policy issuance
Required qualifications:
- Licensed Title Insurance agent with five years of real estate and/or title insurance experience
- Advanced knowledge of the entire title process from beginning to end
- Ability to review and understand real estate contracts, title commitments, and closing documents
- Clean financial background for managing escrow accounts
- Experience preparing Closing Disclosures (CDs), ALTA Settlement Statements, and HUDs
