Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Response Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive escalations and incident management by investigating and resolving customer concerns across various channels
  • Track and log issues in multiple systems for reporting purposes and propose settlement agreements as needed
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding escalated concerns and ongoing status updates
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Two or more years of experience in business analysis, research, or related fields
  • Two or more years of experience in business writing
  • Two or more years of experience in Consumer Relations or Team Lead experience in Operations with customer escalation experience
  • Must obtain a license after training, with training costs covered
