Licensed Family Law Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Law Attorney for a part-time, fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise practical guidance articles on various family law topics
• Draft affidavits, agreements, and other related family law documents
• Supplement existing documents with guidance based on case law, statutes, and personal experience

Required Qualifications

• Licensed family law attorney with 5+ years of experience
• Experience in jurisdictions: Florida, Michigan, Virginia, Ohio, North Carolina, Tennessee, Colorado, Louisiana, or Connecticut
• Significant experience drafting family law documents
• Ability to work 5-15 hours per week on a flexible schedule
• Availability for a role anticipated to last +/- 3 months with the possibility of extension
