Licensed Family Medicine Peer Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peer Reviewer (Subcontractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records for standard of care determinations and provide quality improvement recommendations
• Discuss clinical disease processes, published guidelines, and overall care provided in reports
• Adhere to corporate policies, including HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules

Required Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license
• Board certification (for Physicians only)
• 5 years of clinical experience as a Family Medicine Physician with obstetric experience
• Active clinical practice of at least 20 hours per week
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
