Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Family Mental Health Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling services to family members raising a child on the autism spectrum
  • Collaborate with a team of Psychologists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts to support clients and their families during ABA treatment
  • Conduct screenings and assessments based on client and family needs, and provide psychoeducation and community resources
Required Qualifications
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or LMFT in Colorado and Arizona, or willing to obtain licensure
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) strongly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience practicing post-clinical licensure
  • Familiarity or experience working with neurodiversity and families is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with technology (e.g., EMR, CRM software, Google Suite, etc.)
