Job Summary
To support a hybrid Family Services program, the Licensed Family Services Professional will co-facilitate in-person Children's Programs one weekend per month and provide virtual support for kids and teens groups, delivering clinical and coaching services to participants while engaging in program development and community representation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical and coaching services to Family Services program participants according to established standards of care
- Participate in the development and delivery of program content, ensuring it meets the needs of participants and families
- Represent Family Services to various audiences, ensuring consistent knowledge and engagement regarding services and processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Behavior, Counseling, Child Development, or a related field, or an Associate's degree plus 5 years of related work experience
- Minimum of three years' experience working with children and/or family members
- Independent Mental Health License (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Minimum of two years' experience in the Addiction Treatment & Recovery field
- Proficiency with technology for documentation and virtual meetings
