Licensed Family Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Family Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy, create personalized treatment plans, and conduct intake assessments
• Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning for comprehensive client care
• Lead IOP group sessions and engage in therapeutic discussions with clients and families

Required Qualifications

• Fully licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LMSW in three or more active states
• Preferred experience with relational, experiential, and systemic modalities
• Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP
• Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults
• Experience in delivering online therapy is strongly desired
