Licensed Field Practice Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance advisor capacity, the full-time Licensed Field Practice Specialist will expertly navigate financial products and systems to complete applications, resolve issues, and facilitate money movement, all while ensuring a positive client experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete applications and service forms for various financial products, ensuring they are in good order
• Research and resolve not-in-good-order issues by collaborating with external companies and gathering necessary information
• Facilitate money movement for internal and external products while maintaining compliance and accuracy

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the financial industry with knowledge of financial products such as Mutual Funds, Brokerage, and Annuities
• Strong proficiency in navigating multiple systems and tools relevant to financial applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
• Demonstrated adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• FINRA SIE, Series 6 required or to be obtained within 12 months of hire/transfer
