Key Responsibilities
- Receive real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads for sales opportunities
- Provide unbiased product recommendations by comparison shopping among top A-rated carriers
- Participate in performance-based incentives and sales contests
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; telesales experience preferred
- Active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license is required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Job stability and a track record of career progression are preferred
- Must have a hardwired high-speed internet connection with specified minimum speeds
