Job Summary
To support a growing sales division, the remote Licensed Final Expense Agent will manage inbound pre-screened leads, provide unbiased product recommendations, and drive sales of final expense whole life insurance while enjoying uncapped commission potential.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and convert real-time, warm inbound leads into sales
- Conduct comparison shopping to offer customers the best product matches from top A-rated carriers
- Participate in performance-based incentives and contests to maximize earnings
Required qualifications:
- Active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with telesales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven track record of job stability and career progression
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with specified minimum speeds
