Licensed Final Expense Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing sales division, the remote Licensed Final Expense Agent will manage inbound pre-screened leads, provide unbiased product recommendations, and drive sales of final expense whole life insurance while enjoying uncapped commission potential.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and convert real-time, warm inbound leads into sales
• Conduct comparison shopping to offer customers the best product matches from top A-rated carriers
• Participate in performance-based incentives and contests to maximize earnings

Required qualifications:

• Active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with telesales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven track record of job stability and career progression
• Reliable high-speed internet connection with specified minimum speeds
