Job Summary

Commission-driven and motivated to succeed, the Licensed Final Expense Agent will work remotely, managing warm inbound leads while providing unbiased insurance recommendations and achieving high earning potential through uncapped commissions.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads
• Provide unbiased product recommendations by comparison shopping among top A-rated carriers
• Participate in performance-based incentives, including sales contests and award trips

Required qualifications:

• Active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; telesales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven track record of job stability and career progression
• High-speed internet connection with specified minimum speeds required
