Job Summary

Driven by commission potential, the remote Licensed Final Expense Agent will manage inbound pre-screened leads, provide unbiased product recommendations, and leverage proprietary software to assist clients in selecting final expense whole life insurance while enjoying growth opportunities and full benefits.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and convert warm inbound pre-screened leads into sales
• Provide unbiased product recommendations by comparing top A-rated carriers
• Participate in performance-based incentives and sales contests to maximize earnings

Required qualifications:

• Active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; telesales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven track record of career progression and job stability
• Access to a high-speed internet connection with specified minimum speeds
