Licensed Fire Protection Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fire Protection Design Manager to oversee fire and life safety systems design and implementation for large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality compliance
• Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with fire protection codes and standards
• Lead and mentor project teams while promoting a collaborative team culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Fire Protection Engineering or a related field
• Active Professional Engineering (PE) License
• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong knowledge of building codes and fire protection industry regulations
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and clash detection
