Licensed Float Counselor (IN)

Job Summary

Leading dynamic group therapy sessions, the full-time Licensed Float Counselor (IN) will facilitate 3-5 sessions per day, collaborate with care teams, and support a recovery-oriented environment while engaging in community outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured, evidence-based group therapy sessions, including evening sessions
• Facilitate discussions using approved modalities tailored to member needs
• Monitor member progress, document outcomes, and collaborate with care teams

Required qualifications

• Master's degree and independent-level licensure in behavioral health required
• Minimum two years of experience leading groups in a substance use disorder setting
• Access to reliable internet and telephone services with specified speed requirements
• High comfort level with technology, including EMR and telehealth software
• Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed
