Job Summary

To support a dynamic legal practice, the part-time Licensed Forward-Deployed Attorney will embed with clients, managing a range of commercial contracts and technology transactions while serving as the primary legal contact and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with a client to learn their business and serve as the legal partner for their team
• Own the client relationship, ensuring a responsive and commercially minded experience
• Practice across various legal matters, recognizing when to involve specialists for complex issues

Required qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing
• 5-8 years of experience in commercial contracts or related fields
• Experience advising high-growth technology or emerging companies is preferred
• Proficiency in using AI tools in legal practice
• Ability to communicate clear recommendations and build relationships with non-lawyers
