Job Summary

Providing strategic legal guidance, the part-time Fractional Chief Legal Officer will advise on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters while working remotely for 5-10 hours per month.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
• Review contracts, agreements, and legal exposures
• Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and corporate structuring

Required qualifications

• Licensed attorney with significant corporate/commercial law experience
• Experience advising private companies, acquisitions, and growth-stage businesses
• Familiarity with U.S. corporate, contract, and compliance matters
• Practical, business-oriented approach to legal risk management
