Licensed Fractional Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Licensed Fractional Commercial Counsel, the successful candidate will handle commercial contracts and transactional matters while working remotely from the Central or Eastern time zones for a fast-growing life sciences company.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and negotiate commercial contracts and transactional work
• Provide general legal support in real estate and employment law matters as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and address legal issues during a period of growth

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of attorney experience with substantial expertise in commercial contracts
• Experience in the life sciences industry is strongly preferred
• Generalist level experience with real estate and employment law matters
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong professional references
