Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Counsel (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary legal partner for product teams, advising on AI products and user-generated content regulations
• Oversee all aspects of global legal operations, including corporate governance and commercial transactions
• Identify and manage legal and regulatory risks while building and leading a high-impact legal team

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and licensed to practice law in the United States
• 8+ years of legal practice, including 3 years in-house at a technology company
• 4+ years of experience in a leadership role managing or building legal teams
• Expertise in complex regulatory and product questions in fast-moving environments
• Strong global regulatory awareness, particularly around AI and content moderation
