Licensed General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Counsel to lead its global legal function and serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and Board.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted legal advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and oversee corporate governance matters
• Negotiate and execute complex enterprise customer agreements and provide legal guidance on SaaS and technology contracts
• Lead global compliance programs and manage legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution and qualification to practice law
• Significant in-house leadership experience with a strong background in enterprise SaaS and technology
• Deep expertise in commercial contracting, preferably with multinational businesses
• Proven experience working directly with executive leadership and boards
• Strong judgment and leadership presence with cross-border experience in a global business
