Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Licensed General Liability Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve general liability claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage claims by analyzing exposure and planning appropriate resolutions
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to facilitate resolution
• Document and communicate claim activities in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all relevant jurisdictions
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Proficiency in claims and business software
