Licensed General Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Utilizing extensive claims management experience, the fully remote Licensed General Liability Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex slip and fall and premises liability claims while ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action for resolution
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
