Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Licensed General Liability Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability Restaurant claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action for resolution
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to facilitate timely resolutions
• Document claim activities accurately and efficiently to support the outcomes of claims files

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
