Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior General Liability Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and litigation, planning appropriate resolutions
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in applicable jurisdictions (TX, FL, NY, HI, and RI preferred)
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
