Licensed General Liability Claims Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial General Liability Claims Team Lead to oversee claims under general liability coverage involving bodily injury.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 5 to 6 adjusters managing bodily injury liability claims
• Ensure appropriate claim handling, decision making, and compliance with in-house processes
• Train new team members and conduct employee performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience handling general liability claims
• Minimum 3 years of experience with litigated matters
• Significant supervisory experience and/or a law degree is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or higher required
• Active adjuster licenses
