Licensed Global Care Navigator

Job Summary

To support members on their mental health care journey, the remote Licensed Global Care Navigator will manage care coordination, conduct clinical needs assessments, and provide empathetic support while ensuring high member satisfaction during Monday to Friday shifts from 12pm to 8pm CEST.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize active listening and written communication skills to support patients through phone, chat, and email interactions
• Manage care coordination needs, including scheduling, troubleshooting, and explaining available services
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and provide crisis management support, including safety planning and follow-up

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field with appropriate licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, or psychotherapist
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure
• Fluency in both English and Dutch, with additional language proficiency being a plus
• Comfortable using multiple computer platforms and learning new systems
• Motivated to provide high-quality member experiences in a fast-paced environment
