Licensed Global Care Navigator

Job Summary

To support mental health journeys, the full-time Licensed Global Care Navigator will assist members in accessing care, manage care coordination needs, and conduct clinical assessments while being fully bilingual in English and Dutch.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize active listening and written communication to support patients through phone, chat, and email interactions
• Manage care coordination tasks, including troubleshooting tech issues and scheduling appointments
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and provide in-the-moment support for member crises

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field with appropriate licensure or certification
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure
• Fluency in both English and Dutch, with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable using multiple computer platforms and learning new systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while delivering high-quality member experiences
