Licensed Global Life and Wellness Coach

Job Summary

Seeking qualified Licensed Global Life and Wellness Coaches for a fully remote contract position, responsible for delivering tele-coaching sessions to support clients in achieving personal and professional goals related to stress, relationships, and overall wellbeing across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide structured life and wellness coaching sessions via video to clients in designated regions
• Assist adults in setting and achieving goals while fostering confidence and encouraging action
• Maintain session notes and availability within the electronic health record (EHR) system

Required qualifications:

• Active credential from a globally recognized coaching body (e.g., ICF, EMCC)
• Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience
• Experience with evidence-based support modalities (e.g., NVC, NLP, Positive Psychology)
• Strong telehealth competency and reliable access to high-speed internet
• Fluency in at least one regional language, with English proficiency required for the interview process
