Licensed Group Facilitator

Job Summary

To enhance programming and provide exceptional care, the part-time Licensed Group Facilitator will facilitate remote telehealth group sessions for adolescent and young adult clients, ensuring engagement and adherence to best practices while collaborating with the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate group sessions for diverse age groups, fostering client engagement and adherence to curriculum
• Participate in monthly check-ins with supervisory staff and collaborate with the care team to ensure effective treatment
• Complete all onboarding requirements and maintain timely communication with clients and team members

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or a related field
• Experience working with youth and young adults in a group treatment setting
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, with a focus on group treatment
• Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays and Saturdays
• Technical capability to conduct effective telehealth sessions with reliable internet access
