Serving as the primary point of contact for creative and education-related needs, the remote Licensed Hair Education Specialist will manage educational materials, coordinate product testing initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage education checks and ensure accuracy and brand alignment for educational materials
• Create and maintain educational assets such as presentations, flyers, and virtual content
• Coordinate product testing initiatives in collaboration with the Product Development team

Required qualifications

• Professional beauty education experience and a valid professional license
• Strong project management skills, including task coordination and timeline management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms like Teams and Slack
• Ability to develop scripts and collaborate effectively with content teams
• Excellent collaboration skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
